Aubrey O'Day's Alleged Plastic Surgery Is Hard To Deny In Side-By-Side Pics

Aubrey O'Day rose to fame in the mid-2000s as a member of the girl group Danity Kane, which formed on Sean "Diddy" Combs' MTV reality series "Making the Band." Since then, O'Day's career has had its ups and downs, and many know her best as one of the celebs who have been vocal about their toxic experience working with Diddy. Over more than two decades in the limelight, O'Day's appearance has drastically changed, and photos of the star from the aughts show just how differently she looks today.

Side-by-side pics of O'Day in the mid-2000s and mid-2020s clearly show everything that has changed in O'Day's appearance. Nowadays, the singer's hair is a cooler shade of blond, her makeup is much more dramatic, and her curves are more pronounced. In fact, many believe that the Danity Kane singer underwent breast augmentation, as her bust is now much larger than in the aughts. Eventually, O'Day addressed the speculation. "My boobs are huge. They're natural and everybody thinks I've got fake boobs and a fake butt and everything else," O'Day told The Sun in 2023. The musician admitted that she uses body contouring as a way to shape her silhouette, attributing it to any visible changes.

As her appearance has been dissected over the more than two decades she spent in the entertainment industry, O'Day has admitted that the comments don't really get to her. "I look in the mirror. I know what I look like. I love me! I'm the happiest I've ever been," O'Day told Us Weekly in 2019 when asked about her confidence.

Aubrey O'Day denied plastic surgery, saying she only used Botox and fillers

Side-by-side photos of Aubrey O'Day's face in 2005 and 2024 clearly show the musician's use of Botox and fillers. And while there is speculation that the star underwent a rhinoplasty, O'Day never confirmed it. In fact, in 2019, O'Day denied going under the knife when it came to her face, telling Us Weekly, "I've had lip fillers and Botox. I put a lot of filters. I know all the tricks and I use them." Indeed, a quick scroll though her Instagram reveals that O'Day is very fond of photo filters, and heavily edits her images before posting. Apart from fillers and Botox, O'Day appears to have slightly different teeth nowadays, suggesting that she may have gotten veneers.

"According to the internet, [I've had a lot of plastic surgery]. And by the way, if I look at the photos they use, I really would believe it. Like, they're taking photoshopped photos from ... years ago, and they're putting it next to something," the musician revealed to Entertainment Tonight in 2025. "It's, like, your face develops. I was a kid when I started. I was 100 pounds. I didn't have any development." When O'Day was first discovered in 2004, she had just turned 20. Of course, 20 years later, natural aging will change one's face, and considering how far makeup has come in the past two decades, it is plausible that some of the changes could also be attributed to these factors.

Aubrey O'Day has opened up about her decision to dissolve her lip filler

In 2025, Aubrey O'Day opened up about the regrets she had when it came to using filler in her lips, and shared that she had gotten the filler dissolved. "I got lip fillers that were like, invading my face," O'Day admitted to Entertainment Tonight. "I thought they really looked good until they took 'em away and I got to see that I was trippin.'"

The star revealed that, in hindsight, she could definitely tell that she went overboard with fillers. "When I see photos with the lip injections, I'm disgusted. I thought I was killing it, and I was not, ever was I killing it with those big, giant [lips]. When people would say 'duck lips,' I'd be like, 'They're just jealous.' Oh no, they were trying to tell me."

The Danity Kane singer added that being surrounded by people in an industry where injectables are so normalized prevented her from noticing just how overfilled her lips had gotten. "So many people in LA have big, fat lips that are done by doctors that just give it to you for free," O'Day said, adding, "And the doctor kept having me come in and kept doing it for free, and I was just keeping up with the Joneses, but I didn't realize it was taking over my face." Photos of the singer in 2026 showcase a slight decrease in lip volume, and O'Day's decision to get rid of her lip fillers puts her on the ever-growing list of celebs who dissolved their lip filler for a more natural look.
