Kelly Osbourne Is Almost Unrecognizable Without Makeup
It's no secret that Kelly Osbourne has had a wild face transformation. The daughter of late rock-and-roll icon Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne has been in the spotlight for virtually her entire life, so fans have been able to track just how much she's changed over the years. While the "Fashion Police" alum has always embraced an alternative look — experimenting with bright hair colors, moody makeup, and over-the-top outfits — she also seems comfortable with her bare face. Osbourne regularly posts pictures and videos of herself going makeup-free on her Iowa farm to her Instagram account.
Without heavy makeup, Osbourne looks completely different. While the "Lego Masters Jr." host's usual heavy blush and contour accentuates her thin face and high cheekbones — a possible side effect of Kelly Osbourne's complete weight-loss transformation – her fresh face gives off a healthy glow that we're in love with. Osbourne's lash extensions give her eyes a soft, yet feminine look that totally contrasts the mascara-heavy rocker glam she often dons at awards shows. We adore a full beat as much as the average makeup lover does, but there's no denying that Osbourne's bare face is a total win.
Kelly Osbourne's face has undergone a dramatic change after her weight loss
Kelly Osbourne has been transparent about her new look. In August 2020, the TV personality revealed that she lost 85 pounds after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery almost two years prior. However, during her pregnancy with son, Sidney, in 2022, Osbourne told People that she felt undue pressure to stay thin and even stayed inside her home for fear of being called "fat." In 2024, amid Ozempic rumors, Osbourne clarified that she was not using a GLP-1 to lose weight during an interview with Extra TV.
In a since-deleted Instagram post from December 2025, Osbourne clapped back at critics who commented negatively about her weight-loss and face change. "To the people who keep thinking they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill,' or 'Get off Ozempic, you don't look right.' My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can," she said (via Entertainment Tonight).
Despite what anyone may say about the former "Project Runway: Junior" judge, she feels confident in her new skin. In an October 2024 interview with Us Weekly, Osbourne explained that while she used to struggle with body dysmorphia, she's happy with the way she looks. "I didn't used to be able to look at myself in the mirror. I was the kind of girl who showered with the lights off because I didn't want to look at my body. I don't feel that way [anymore]. I'm really content with how I look — although everybody thinks I've had f***ing plastic surgery!" Osbourne said, going on to clarify that the only cosmetic procedure she'd had done was Botox.
