A scandal broke out in 2009 when Woods made headlines following a late night car crash near his home. Woods struck a tree and a fire hydrant with his vehicle and was taken to a hospital after sustaining injuries. This was only the first of many traffic infractions that Woods would be involved in. He fell asleep at the wheel in 2017 and attributed his behavior to a combination of prescription drugs. A few years later, Woods required multiple surgeries after a life-threatening crash in 2021. In March 2026, Woods was arrested for DUI.

While Woods' 2026 car crash harkened back to his past scandals, sources say that this one could be causing a harsh turn in his relationship. An insider close to the couple told the Daily Mail that Trump demanded her boyfriend do whatever it takes to prevent a dangerous car wreck from happening again. "He has to get things under control, or she's not going to stick around," the insider shared. 

Woods reportedly agreed to his girlfriend's terms but if his past traffic infractions are any indication, future downfalls for Woods may be inevitable. It sounds as though the couple is incredibly fond of each other and want to keep their relationship strong, but outside factors may cause their romance to come crashing down.
