Meredith Marks may not be here for the "rumors and nastiness," but she can't run away from talk that her face has changed over the years. While the "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star has denied any major work, other than multiple breast reductions, there's no denying that she looks like a completely different person from years ago. An Instagram post shared by Meredith's son Brooks Marks in 2021 showed a throwback pic of the Bravolebrity, and it was like looking at a completely different person. "Whoa your mom has had sooo much work done," a fan commented.
Comparing the old pic to a more recent one, you can clearly see a modern Marks with a different jawline, a more prominent chin, snatched eyes, and fuller lips. Despite the obvious difference, the reality star shared in an Instagram Story in 2020 (via Bravo), "I have not had any plastic surgery on my face." She added, "I do like a little bit of Botox. But it needs to be done properly. You see, I have movement." Maybe one day, Marks will join the ranks of the celebs who confessed to plastic surgery after years of denying it, but it looks like it won't be anytime soon.
Meredith Marks defended her swollen face
Meredith Marks was under scrutiny after appearing on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen" in January 2022 when her face appeared unnaturally plump. Two days later, the former lawyer addressed plastic surgery speculation in a now-deleted X post, writing "As I am being asked about my swollen face on #WWHL, yes my face was swollen that day. No it was not a cosmetic procedure. You can see on my insta story pic taken the next day where the swelling is down. I am human. Not every day is perfect. Sorry" (via People).
Marks may not have admitted to going under the knife, but her recent pictures seem to indicate that she's had a Botox eyebrow lift, which is a noninvasive procedure. Salt Lake City plastic surgeon Dr. Drake Vincent noted in a TikTok video, "I think she's definitely had a brow lift ... but she had a temporal brow lift, which does not lift the top part of your hairline." He also thought Marks had undergone a subtle upper eyelid surgery like blepharoplasty, the trendy micro-procedure that's aiming for your eyelids. Whatever the "RHOSLC" star has done gave her a major glow-up. It's not the first time a reality star got some tweaks to look better on television, and Marks is definitely not the first or last to keep mum about her alleged plastic surgery.
