The Swap That Would Save Some Of Kimberly Guilfoyle's Harshest Beauty Looks

Over the past two decades, Kimberly Guilfoyle has gone through a complete transformation. Throughout that evolution (and particularly her time in MAGA-land) many have noted some of her beauty decisions have gone completely off the rails. She is one of many conservative women known for her questionable outfits and (presumably) super long hair extensions. But for some, the most jarring part of her look is her heavy makeup.

While Guilfoyle's go-to eyeliner look is outdated, and she is certainly a victim of eyebrow blindness, the diplomat's beauty routine suffers from a more glaring issue — her eyelashes. She is seldom seen without heavy strip lashes, which weigh down her face when combined with the rest of her strong eye makeup. 

Although falsies can be a great way to make your eyes pop, they can sometimes come across as unnatural or intense. The Fox News pundit could easily freshen up her look by trading her dramatic falsies for thinner, more natural-looking lashes. But Guilfoyle, who has naturally wide blue eyes, doesn't need to be so heavy-handed with a full strip. Instead, she could use lightweight lash pieces, such as Newcally Natural Lash Clusters, to add targeted dimension and volume to the outer corner of her eyelid.

We know that Guilfoyle's face has transformed over the years (which some experts think is due to plastic surgery), but makeup also played a part in her stark change. Comparing current pictures of Guilfoyle with photos from before she began appearing on Fox News as a legal analyst and after she became involved with the White House, the difference is vast. Back in 2017, she used a little more restraint with her beauty products, even when attending public events with a full face of cosmetics. She didn't cake on her bronzer, conservatively filled in her eyebrows, and wore wispy false eyelashes.

However, when Guilfoyle began dating Donald Trump Jr. in 2018, her beauty routine went through even more dramatic changes. Her false lashes somehow got even heavier, and she started to go hard with fake tan and bronzer. While "MAGA makeup" wasn't really a defined trend during Donald Trump's first term like it is today, Guilfoyle was certainly ahead of the curve with her heavily-applied base. 

Looking back at old pictures, it is clear that the ambassador to Greece has gone through a bit of a makeup de-evolution.  On the rare occasions Kimberly Guilfoyle has gone makeup-free , she's shown that her features can still stand out. Perhaps going easy on the strip lashes, or omitting them entirely would be a smart beauty move for the future.
