The Ladies Of The Madison Are Gorgeous Without Makeup

We've looked at what the "Yellowstone" universe's leading ladies look like without makeup, but what about Taylor Sheridan's other series, "The Madison?" This series, which is set in modern-day Montana along the titular river, follows lead character Stacy Clyburn as she and her daughters are taken out of their Manhattan lives and dropped into the overly exaggerated wilds of Yellowstone.

Stacy, played poetically by Michelle Pfeiffer, is the matriarch of a family of, again, overly stereotyped New Yorkers who excel at activities like shopping, Pilates, getting cocktails, lunches, and coffees with friends, and talking to their overpriced therapists. Once Stacy and her daughters, played by Beau Garrett and Elle Chapman, are taken out of the Big Apple and thrown into Big Sky Country, they start to tone down their Manhattanite ways, including looking less coiffed. But what about off-screen? Are the leading ladies of "The Madison" comfortable with posting makeup-free selfies? The answer is yes, because they look stunning without all that glam, and here are the pics to prove it.

Michelle Pfeiffer readily shares bare-faced pics

Back in 2001, Hollywood plastic surgeon Dr. Stephen Marquardt found that a series of ratios could determine a person's true beauty rating, per Financial Review. And who did the calculations point to as the most beautiful famous woman in the world? Michelle Pfeiffer, given that her mouth is 1.618 times bigger than her nose. Even before this, People magazine had named her its cover star for the inaugural "Beautiful Issue" in 1990. At the time, she played down the accolades."You know, I look like a duck," she told the LA Times

Fast-forward to 2026 and the "Scarface" actor is still stunning, whether she's made up or bare-faced. And refreshingly, she doesn't appear to be self-conscious about posting photos of herself au naturel on Instagram. Those makeup-free pics endear her to fans even more, since she's not afraid to be herself as she ages (no easy feat in Hollywood). In February 2026, she posted a carousel of photos from a whirlwind trip to Paris, with one photo showing her totally bare-faced on the plane. "Natural beauty," a fan wrote beneath the photo.

Beau Garrett also posts makeup-free photos

After reviewing the stunning transformation of "The Madison" star Beau Garrett, and devouring her Instagram, it's obvious this star easily vacillates between her Hollywood life complete with red lipstick, and her makeup-free, down-to-earth self. The proof is in the posting: With one bare-faced selfie from 2017, she wrote, "...wear your face proudly and be grateful [for] the beauty you carry." Fans flooded the "Firefly Lane" actor's comment section with praise for her natural beauty, with one writing, "Great genes...WOW."

The star, who plays mother-of-two Abigail Reese on "The Madison," has revealed her devotion to skincare in the past, including regular face masks every Sunday that contribute to her healthy glow. But there are other factors at play, too. "Honestly, for my skin, I've found that the best things I can do for it is some exercise and to stay as healthy the best I possibly can," she told New Beauty back in 2021.

Danielle Vasinova's public-facing self leans into makeup more than her co-stars

Danielle Vasinova, who also had a role in Taylor Sheridan's "1923," plays Kestrel Harris on "The Madison." She, her rancher husband Cade, and their children live in a trailer on the adjoining ranch to the Clyburn's property. In real life, unlike co-stars Michelle Pfeiffer and Beau Garrett, Vasinova does not post bare-faced photos of herself. A pic of her in a bathtub posted in 2021 is a rare glimpse at what the star looks like without makeup, and she's undeniably gorgeous. In the comment section of the pic, one wrote, "You are perfection." Another added, "You're a work of art."

In another rarity, at the end of 2018, she posted makeup-free photo on Instagram, captioning it, "I used to be afraid of going out of the house without makeup on. I always at least had to have 'my eyes' on." She thanked the photographers for pushing her to do it, and acknowledged, "Whether I'm wearing makeup or no makeup I'm still the same person on the inside."

Elle Chapman does not post bare-faced pics

Fans of "The Madison" will know that Paige McIntosh, played by Elle Chapman, wears perfectly polished makeup when she's in New York, aside from some scuffs she gets to the face. They will also know that Paige from "The Madison" is gorgeous in real life, just as she is on the show, whether she has her features defined with products, or whether she's bare-faced. This is something she doesn't let the public see very often, in the same vein as co-star Danielle Vasinova, but the point still stands.

In early 2020, she posted a photo of herself sitting on a surfboard at the beach in Melbourne, Australia, showing herself bare-faced and natural. But that's a rarity. Chapman does seem more comfortable wearing her hair more naturally, as she does on the show in a symbolic way: Natural curls and easy ponytails for Montana juxtaposed against perfectly coiffed locks in Manhattan. She even acknowledged accepting her beautiful tresses on Instagram, captioning a curly haired pic with, "After 2 decades I have decided to leave my hair alone and I'll be looking electrocuted for the foreseeable future." Hopefully she embraces a makeup-free face for us in the future as well.

Rebecca Spence is a bare-faced beauty

On "The Madison," Rebecca Spence plays Liliana Weeks, the friend we all need in our lives, who drops everything to join best friend Stacy in Montana when she most needs her. In the show, she's the epitome of confidence, handling situations when Stacy can't. Even her hair feels symbolic, with its bold gray streak. In terms of makeup, Liliana embodies sophisticated elegance: She's wearing some, but it's done with a fine hand.

And in real life? Spence, known for her roles in "Contagion" and "Public Enemies," also shows a quiet confidence, at least in terms of going bare-faced for fans to see. She has many makeup-free photos on her Instagram, including one from a hike in Sintra, Portugal. The actor, who turned 50 in 2026, is one more example of how gorgeous the ladies of "The Madison" are without makeup.
